Warranty Policy
1. Coverage and Duration
This warranty policy applies to products purchased through bibahala.com, including but not limited to sports equipment and rehabilitation supplies. The warranty period is calculated from the date of product delivery, as follows:
- Sports Equipment: 180 days
- Rehabilitation Supplies: 90 days
2. Warranty Conditions
Within the warranty period, if the product has the following quality issues caused by non-human factors, we will provide free repair, replacement of parts, or replacement of new products as appropriate:
- Sports Equipment: Structural loosening, functional failure (e.g., racket string breakage (excluding breakage during first use or caused by manual pulling), equipment component malfunctions, etc.), inherent material defects (e.g., rusting of metal parts, cracking of plastic parts, etc.).
- Rehabilitation Supplies: Fabric cracking, stitching detachment, damage to accessories such as zippers/buttons (not caused by improper use).
3. Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by this warranty policy. We will not provide free warranty services but may offer paid repair services (subject to parts fees and labor costs):
- Damage caused by human improper use, including but not limited to:
- Failure to use, maintain, or install the product correctly in accordance with the product manual (e.g., excessive wear of sports shoes due to use in non-sports scenarios, equipment malfunctions caused by improper assembly of fitness equipment);
- Intentional damage, smashing, collision, cutting, or other external destructive behaviors;
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification of the product, or replacement of parts.
- Damage caused by natural factors or external environments, such as:
- Damage caused by force majeure (earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.);
- Aging or damage caused by long-term exposure to extreme environments (high temperature, severe cold, humidity, corrosive substances, etc.).

Normal wear and tear of the product, including but not limited to:
- Normal wear caused by daily use;
- Fabric fading or slight pilling of fabrics due to long-term washing or use;
- Natural wear of consumable accessories such as elastic bands and belts.
- Inability to provide valid purchase proof (e.g., purchase invoice, order screenshot, etc.) or expiration of the product warranty period.
- Product labels or serial numbers are altered or damaged, making it impossible to confirm the product identity.
4. Warranty Application Process
- Submission of Application: If the product has a problem that meets the warranty conditions, please submit a warranty application via email to [bibahala@bibahala.com] within 15 days of discovering the problem. State the product model, purchase time, problem description, and relevant photos (clearly showing the product problem and purchase proof).
- Review and Confirmation: We will review the application within 3 working days of receipt, verify the product information and problem situation, and inform you of the review result via email or phone.
- Product Handling: We will resend replacement parts or a new product to you.
5. Disclaimer
This warranty policy only applies to quality issues of the product itself and does not cover any indirect losses caused by product quality issues (such as inconvenience caused by service interruption, additional expenses, etc.).
For products beyond the warranty period, we reserve the right to provide or refuse repair services. The specific repair plan and fees will be negotiated separately based on the product situation.
